Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all freelance services provided by Integrie (“we”, “us”) to any client (“you”).
By requesting, approving or paying for a project, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services may include, but are not limited to, strategy, design, software development, automation, consulting and ongoing support.
Project scope, deliverables, timelines and specific requirements will be defined in writing (proposal, offer, e-mail or contract). Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to a new quote or additional fees.

You agree to provide all necessary information, access and feedback in a timely manner so we can complete the work as agreed. Delays caused by missing information or feedback may extend the delivery date.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are quoted excluding taxes and third-party costs (e.g. SaaS tools, advertising budgets, plugins, themes, licenses). These external costs will either be paid directly by you or added to our invoice.

Payment terms (upfront, milestones, monthly retainer, etc.) will be specified in the proposal. If not specified, 50% is due upfront and 50% upon delivery. Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.

If you cancel a project after work has started, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any non-refundable third-party expenses.
We reserve the right to pause work or withhold delivery of final files if invoices remain unpaid.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, full rights to final approved deliverables (such as final designs, website code or documentation) transfer to you only after full payment is received. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

All pre-existing tools, code libraries, frameworks, know-how and internal processes used to deliver the project remain our intellectual property and may be reused in other projects.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the collaboration.

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific commercial results (such as sales, rankings or conversions). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the services will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
